Very polite check in. I was in tremendous pain. The young lady at check in made it so easy for me. I absolutely love the nurse and doctor!! Easy in and out! Great facility!!!!

I've used this Urgent Care for many years, for myself and my family, but today I felt the need to finally give them a review. I started showing symptoms of an infection, so I set up an appointment at my Doctors office. My PCP didn't have a same day time slot open, so I made the appointment with a different doctor in her office. It was the worst appointment ever. Even though the Urine test showed blood in my urine, he just blew me off and said I was just dehydrated. No matter how much I tried to tell him I know something was wrong he didn't seem to care. I went home and about 5 hours later I went to Warren Urgent Care. It was a totally different experience. The Doctor I saw at Warren Urgent Care was great, he didn't dismiss my symptoms, and he really listened to everything I said. This place is always great, and the wait time is never very long. In fact, most of the time they get you in right away. I really can't thank them enough for the care I received today. It just meant a lot, especially with my experience earlier in the day at my PCP doctors office. Needless to say, I will be finding a new Doctors office.

They really took great care of me when I was super sick. Got in quick and everyone was so kind to me. The front desk lady was sweet, so was the nurse and doctor. Everything was super quick moving for urgent care also. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

My mom had accidentally sliced her hand opened and was very nervous about going to get it fixed. We immediately were able to get in and were quickly comforted by each worker. Dr. Kahn and Dionna were amazing! They helped distract my mom as she had to get stitches. They were very gentle and great listeners. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an emergency fix.

This is the best urgent care ever. Made me feel like a whole new person! Excellent and super friendly staff. Was able to skip the ER which is always nice. Got an EKG and fluids and was out within an hour and half (: highly recommend. They even do xrays on site!

One of the best urgent care facilities I’ve ever been to. The lobby and rooms were very clean, the receptionist was very friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Then the Nurse Practitioner was so kind and caring and really easy to talk to. And then the doctor…. He was phenomenal. Wonderful bedside manner, extremely easy to talk to, beyond personable and compassionate. Had a sense of humor and made me feel so much better when I was otherwise feeling pretty crummy. They were all excellent all around.

Dr Khan and Joyce were amazing. Saw us right away, diagnosed the fracture, provided superb care, ortho suggestions the whole 9 yards. We were in and out on 45 minutes made a difficult situation far better.
